How do I return an item?


Equipment

All cleaning equipment is non returnable and is covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Any defective 
piece of equipment deemed under warranty will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers discretion.
PRO/CARE has a nationwide network of factory authorized service centers available to handle any needed 
equipment repairs. Wear parts, damage caused by the customer, clogged filters etc. are not covered under 
warranty. Please review the manufacturers warranty to see a list of items which are comsidered wear items 
and not covered under warranty.


Machine Parts

Machine parts are returnable if unused and in the original packaging. Their is a 15% restocking fee and 
customers are required to pay the return shipping costs. Parts must be returned within 30 days of the original 
purchase date. An RMA number is required before any part is returned and can be obtained from our customer 
service team. Customers are required to furnish all part numbers when ordering parts.


All Other Items

All other Items are returnable if unused and in the original packaging. Their is a 15% restocking fee charged and 
customers are required to pay the return shipping costs. All items must be returned within 30 days of the original 
purchase date. An RMA number is required for any and all returned items. Please contact customer service to obtain 
an RMA number.
