Return Policy:
Please contact our Customer Service Department about returning an item. Our office hours
are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. Until 5:00 p.m. EST. Our toll free number is

Floor Care Equipment such as Air Movers, Auto Scrubbers, Backpack Vacs, Burnishers,
Carpet Extractors, Carpet Spotters, Floor Machines, Flood Pumpers, Ozone Machines,
Sprayers, Vacuum Cleaners, Wet-Dry Vacuums and Wide Area Vacs are not returnable.
These items are covered by a Manufacturers Warranty and will be repaired or replaced if
defective. All repairs will be performed by an Authorized Manufacturer's Warranty Center.
Please contact our Customer Service Department for the location of an Authorized
Manufacturer's Warranty Center nearest you.
A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please contact Customer Service to
obtain a return authorization number. No refund will be given for unauthorized returns. Items
that have been used are not returnable.
Any defective item returned within 15 days after the order was received, will be replaced at no
charge.
When returning an item the customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges to
Pro/Care Janitor Supplies warehouse. Please use a carrier that can provide you with delivery
confirmation. UPS and Fed ex both can provide you with delivery confirmation.
All other return items must be in re-saleable condition and in the original box or package.
Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase. A 15% service charge will be deducted
from the original amount of the purchase. All merchandise returned must be in the original
package with all paperwork and original packing enclosed. Items that have been used are not
returnable.

Minimum Order Requirements:
Due to the weight, safety concerns and size, cleaning chemicals and Paper supplies have an
8 case minimum order requirement. These items are shipped via freight line. All other items
have no minimum order and ship via UPS or Fed ex Ground.
You may mix and match any combination of paper supplies and cleaning chemicals to reach
the 8 case minimum.
Shipping Policy:
All items ship free inside the Continental United States to a commercial business address
only. Some minimum order requirements apply.
Commercial deliveries are to curbside or loading dock. The freight line is not responsible for
unloading the truck or carrying the boxes inside your business. Please make arrangements
for someone to help you if needed. Customers are responsible for any such charges and or
fees related to inside deliveries, missed appointments or re-delivery.
Residential deliveries are shipped via UPS or Fed ex Ground. Customers are responsible for
any charges and or fees related to missed appointments or re-delivery.

It is essential that you supply us with your correct phone number and email address. This
allows us to notify you concerning delivery of your products.
